The Notre Dame athletics program provides our student-athletes with an opportunity to develop as individuals and members of the community. We offer 10 inter-scholastic sports over three seasons and compete in the West Bay Athletic League (WBAL) and Central Coast Section (CCS).

Fall Sport Information

Please remember you must have your sports physical and sports registration form completed and submitted to Magnus Health in PRIOR to tryouts, and practices.

Step #1 - complete and submit the Pre-participation Physical Form.  Please print out the form and take it your physician to have him/her complete during the physical examination. The form needs to be filled out in its entirety and must be signed by both the student and the parent.  Once the form is complete, please upload BOTH PAGES to Magnus Health (access through PowerSchool).

Step #2 - complete the Athletic Registration Questions on Magnus Health (access through PowerSchool).

Step #3 - pay the Athletic Fee online. This can be done once your daughter has officially made the team. A uniform will not be distributed until the athletic fee is paid.

Volleyball tryouts: August 12-14
          Freshmen & sophomores: 3:00-5:00 pm in JB Hall
          Junior & seniors: 5:00-7:00 pm in JB Hall

Cross Country practice: August 12 from 3:00-5:00 pm meet in Pardini Park

Tennis (tryouts if necessary): August 19 from 3:30-5:30 pm at Backesto Park Tennis Courts

Golf (tryouts if necessary): August 19 from 3:15-5:15 pm at San Jose Municipal Golf Course (meet by the driving range and putting greens)

Open gym time for volleyball and basketball have been posted on the athletics calendar.  Please check the calendar for the most up to date information.

If you are not a current student, please make sure to complete an open gym waiver and bring it with you when you come.  Waiver can be found here.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning meets at Bellarimine in their weight room on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4-5:30. 

Please make sure to fill out a waiver and bring it with you the first time you come (This applies to both current & incoming students).  Waiver can be found here.
