Part-Time
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Support of Learning Resource Specialists
- Supervise and collaborate with learning resource specialists to implement student accommodations and academic support services
- Oversee ARISE protocols, policies, and procedures related to accommodations and referrals to ensure consistent implementation
Instructional Coaching and Collaborative Teaching Practices
- Partner with the instructional coaching team to help teachers implement collaborative instructional practices and models, including co-teaching, to increase student engagement and access to curriculum
- Collaborate with teachers across content areas to develop differentiated units that build student skills and expand opportunities for push-in support
Faculty Professional Development
- Partner with the Director of Teaching and Learning to identify faculty development needs in instructional practices that support students with disabilities
- Design and deliver professional development opportunities in 1:1, small group, and large group settings to build faculty-wide capacity and skills in understanding and supporting diverse student populations
Full-Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Strong content knowledge in two of the following areas: Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry/Precalculus curriculum
- Experience in teaching Trigonometry, Statistics or Calculus is desired

- Collaborate with the Co-Director of Robotics Program Administration to provide student engagement experiences

- Guide and support students in building a FIRST Robotics Competition robot
- Guide and support student skill development
- Recruit and provide guidance for adult Robotics mentors
- Work with Robotics student leaders to plan and organize robotics meetings, competitions, and outreach events and projects

- Teach high school social studies courses with specific interest and skills in AP Psychology, Economics and World History

Responsibilities:
HR Operations & HRIS
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (e.g., Paycom), ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process employee changes, including hires, terminations, compensation updates, and job changes
- Compile and maintain HR data, including headcount, retention, turnover, and compensation
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Maintain organized and confidential employee records

Payroll Support
- Administer payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee payments each pay period

Responsibilities:
Student Support
- Keeps abreast of academic policies, practices, and student achievements as a means to build student success for learning
- Works with and provides academic support to students who have a diagnosed learning difference
- Initiates support plan and facilitates access to resources for students assigned for academic support
- Coordinates all special testing situations for students throughout the semester
- Provides individual tutoring/resources/remediation for students assigned for support;
- Provides opportunities for students to acquire study skills and develop learning strategies in a structured format
- Meets with students’ families to discuss assessments and current needs of the student, as well as how best to support their success at Notre Dame
- Collaborates with Academic/Personal Counselors regarding shared students
- Evaluates student progress on a regular basis and provides information about internal and external resources to support learning
- Participates in the development and implementation of curriculum and support for students in Academic Seminar
- Collaborates with teachers to adapt materials, resources, assignments, and technology to meet identified student needs

Qualified candidates will be contacted for a preliminary phone screen by the hiring manager. Finalists from the phone screen will be invited to campus for an interview, typically with two rounds of panels that lasts approximately two hours. One round focuses on the skills and experience related to the specific position. The other round includes further conversation about our mission and community. For teaching candidates and some other positions, the interview may be followed by a demo lesson or other related demonstration related to the position.
