Parent Education Workshops
Yogic Tools for Conscious Parenting
Friday, Feb. 27, 9-10am
In person in the Center for Women's Leadership, Room 206 or via Zoom
Parenting is one of the hardest jobs — recharging and nurturing yourself is essential to giving your best. When you are only at 50%, that is also the energy you have to share. Yoga is an all-encompassing practice, offering tools parents can use to restore balance quickly and efficiently.
Please join Visha Rao and the ND Counseling team for an in-person, hands-on workshop (or via Zoom) to learn simple, effective yogic techniques to help you recharge. Open to ND parents and caregivers of all abilities and experience levels; mats will be provided.
This interactive session will explore common obstacles in parenting and introduce yogic tools to overcome them, followed by a Q&A.
Only open to current ND parents and caregivers.
