Screen Time and Teens: Warning Signs and Parenting Tools
Friday, January 26, 8:30-9:30 a.m. via Zoom
In today’s world, we are all spending more and more time on our screens, and this can be especially true when it comes to teens. The Notre Dame Counseling Department is excited to welcome back Virginie Goldstein, LMFT, who specializes in working with teens and families around screen use and mental health, for an important presentation, Screen Time and Teens: Warning Signs and Parenting Tools. She will review the risk factors that are involved in screen addiction in the youth population, a list of parenting tools to help their teens who are spending too much time on the screen and ways to navigate the system for families who need support. This event will take place on Friday, Jan. 26 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Zoom.
Please RSVP to secure your spot and the zoom link information will be sent to you prior to the event.
