Personal Statement
I love the collaboration and acceptance found among the ND students and faculty. I started mentoring and teaching to help young people, especially young women, find their voice as leaders and help make a difference in their communities, while allowing their creativity to flourish. Women's education is especially important because it makes sure that everyone has a seat at the table and can help to grow a brighter future for all.
