In the short time since the presidential election, Notre Dame students have traveled to Washington D.C. to learn more about the politics of our country through a justice immersion opportunity. They have also organized and hosted a social justice teach-in on campus:Compassion Without Borders, Love without Limits.

Mock Elections at Notre Dame

One of the values and traditions of Notre Dame is its engagement in the community. The school is committed to fostering active membership in society including participation in elections.

At Notre Dame, community service offers us both invitation and opportunity - an invitation to serve our neighbors and an opportunity to form relationships that are meaningful. Originally inspired by USA Today’s call to service, Notre Dame’s annual Make a Difference Day looks to bring students, along with their parents, into community with our downtown neighbors. This year, more than 80 participants lent a hand at three events – Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, the 11th Annual SUN Halloween Social and a Fair of the Arts.

More than 250 freshman students and family members gathered recently to celebrate Notre Dame's third Freshman Family Liturgy, presided over by Father Jo Kim.

Congratulations to Notre Dame's Varsity Tennis Team for receiving CCS Scholastic Team Award! The 13 members of the team have an average GPA of 3.850!
