Pani is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy and is
a Certified Public Accountant.  She has over 25 years of corporate accounting and
financial reporting experience and currently leads the Accounting organization at
Marvell Technology.

 

Outside of work, Pani enjoys spending time with her daughter and son at their Little
League games in east San Jose and making frequent weekend family ski trips to
Tahoe during the winter.  In her spare time, she loves to read and to travel.
