Pani Dixon is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy, and is an active Certified Public Accountant.  She has 25+ years of progressive corporate finance and accounting experience, including 13 years in public accounting where she advised publicly traded and privately-held companies on corporate governance and audit matters, as well as provided advice on financial accounting best practices. Pani currently leads the Accounting organization at Marvell Semiconductor as the Corporate Controller, with oversight of Accounting Operations, SEC financial reporting and related Sarbanex-Oxley compliance.   Outside of work, Pani enjoys spending time with her daughter and son at their Little League games in east San Jose, and making frequent weekend family ski trips to Tahoe during the winter.  In her spare time, Pani loves to read and to travel.
