The spirit of generosity ruled court recently as Notre Dame hosted Dig Pink, a volleyball competition between Notre Dame San Jose and Harker, to raise money in support of breast cancer research. JB Hall became a pink oasis as teachers, parents, coaches, players and fans gathered as a community to support the Dig Pink volleyball match. Through bake sales, donations and the sale of cleverly tie-dyed pink socks, the group raised over $1,000! This 8th annual event brings the total raised by ND student volleyball athletes to well over $8,000.

As always, the 8-year Dig Pink philanthropy tradition at Notre Dame was a positive and inspiring experience for the volleyball program and our ND community. We look forward to next year!
