Hands-on learning! School spirit! Sisterhood!
While on our campus for this event, eighth graders will:
- Become a student in a STEM, humanities, and art class at Notre Dame.
- Experience a school spirit rally hosted by the sophomore class for the eighth graders — the Class of 2028 (blue and green sharks) will become the 'big sister class' to the incoming Class of 2030.
- Witness how fun memories, sisterhood, and leadership are part of the Notre Dame experience!
Why attend Eighth Grade Day?
- “I remember visiting on Eighth Grade Day and going to the rally at the end of the day. It made me so excited to apply for Notre Dame after seeing everyone coming together and supporting each other. The cheerleader performances and games were definitely a highlight for me.” Nicole '26
- “One of my favorite memories was during Eighth Grade Day, where everybody was super welcoming, and I made a bunch of friends by simply sharing one common interest – ND – which really made me feel like I was home.” Sia '26
