Young women walk through our doors every day with unique hopes, ambitions and dreams. At Notre Dame, they grow as leaders, flourish as students and develop as advocates. The History • Vision • Mission Campaign will be transformative, constructing the Center For Women’s Leadership as the first classroom building of a larger campus master plan that reflects our mission and supports our vision.
We are committed to expanding opportunities and resources for young women and becoming the Center for Women’s Leadership in Silicon Valley. This historic campaign invites everyone to participate with us by investing in the young women of Notre Dame through a pledged gift over 5 years, a one-time donation or through a bequest or planned gift.
Our vision is filled with opportunity for future women of impact: to innovate in an open-lab environment, to chart a path towards career and life work, to consider what it means to be Catholic in the 21st century.
Notre Dame High School has been providing a distinctive, Catholic, college-preparatory education for young women in the heart of downtown San Jose since 1851.
“In Silicon Valley, we are acutely aware of the need for increased diversity in business, science, law and the arts. The Notre Dame High School Center for Women’s Leadership will be an environment designed for collaboration, innovation and spirituality. Our young women will be educated in a state-of-the-art facility by teachers who challenge, question and nurture each student’s unique leadership qualities. As a technology executive, I am excited by the amazing capabilities of NDSJ students and the opportunities in front of them. Today’s Notre Dame girls will be tomorrow’s confident and strong women leaders.”

Be part of the transformative power of women's education and leadership. Notre Dame educates today's young women for leadership, global citizenship and socially-responsible entrepreneurship. Our rich urban landscape and innovative programs cultivate young women with strong voices who will bring intelligent compassion to their world — young women who become active leaders in our local, national and global communities.
“We are delighted to lead this effort to keep Notre Dame at the leading edge of women’s education. Our daughters independently chose Notre Dame because of the diversity of its student body, its excellent academic record and a downtown location that utilizes San Jose’s many cultural offerings. Notre Dame gave our daughters the tools and skills they need to succeed in the workplace and assume leadership roles in their communities. We are proud to invest in this school’s mission and many more generations of talented, motivated young women.”
