Throughout her career in Silicon Valley, Kim Elise has served in senior leadership roles spanning government affairs, business operations, marketing, sales operations, and research & development. Kim is currently at Nokia, leading the integration of Infinera (where she has worked for the last eight years) into its new corporate home. Prior to Nokia, she worked at Hewlett-Packard Company for more than 15 years. Kim earned a bachelor’s in journalism from Loyola University in Maryland and a master’s degree in communication from Stanford University.

Kim and her husband, Douglas, reside in Los Gatos and enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with their adult children and extended families.
