Kelly has dedicated her career to nurturing public/private partnerships that enhance the Bay Area’s innovation ecosystem, promote sustainable urban development, and create solutions to civic challenges. She currently serves as Associate Vice President of Local Government Affairs at Stanford University and has previously held lead economic development roles in San José, Fremont, and Cupertino. Kelly has a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science, as well as a Master’s in Public Administration from San José State University. 

A dedicated urbanist, Kelly lives in Downtown San José with her family and is an avid trail runner, fiction reader, and world traveler.
