Ross was the CEO of Q Analysts, which he founded in 2003, positioning the company as a global leader in AI data collection services and quality engineering for advanced technologies. He developed and implemented the strategic plan that grew the organization from a startup to an international enterprise of nearly 600 employees across four continents. In 2023, Q Analysts was acquired by Qualitest.
Ross is an active early startup advisor, providing mentoring and business advice to his investments, and consulting with enterprises on AI data strategy. He is also involved in Scouting, church, and other volunteer activities.
