Jen built a career leading recruiting organizations that enable companies to dramatically scale, most notably at Intuitive Surgical as they grew from 1,500 to 8,500 employees. Her early experience was with recruiting search firms, where she identified talent for numerous Silicon Valley companies. She then honed her craft and developed her leadership skills at companies like Johnson & Johnson, NetApp, Equinix and Impossible Foods. She attended Santa Clara University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Jen enjoys Master's swimming, shopping, hiking with friends and loves to travel anytime she gets the chance.
