Nancy is Chief Financial Officer at Infinera Corporation where she is responsible for
the company’s global financial strategy including financial planning and analysis,
accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations as well
as global IT and government affairs. In prior roles she served as Chief Financial
Officer at Immersion Corporation and held various executive roles at Seagate
Technology. She currently serves on the board of directors of PDF Solutions, Inc and
as chair of their audit committee. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration
from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Smith
College.
