Linda has served as a faculty member in the Diocese of San Jose’s Institute for Leadership in Ministry, the Institute of Pastoral Ministries at St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN, and the University of San Francisco’ School of Non-Profit Management and has regularly guest lectured at St. Patrick’s Seminary in Menlo Park.

Linda served as Board President for the National Association for Church Personnel Administrators and was the 2004 recipient of NACPA’s “Vision Award”.   She consults and presents locally and nationally in parishes, schools and dioceses as well as in the corporate and non-profit sectors.  Some presentation titles include The Ministry of Administration, Leadership, Management and Supervision, Team Building and Group Dynamics, Conflict Management - the Healing Art, and Negotiation - the Art of Influence.

Linda graduated from Notre Dame High School, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Single Subject Teaching Credential from San Jose State University and her Master of Arts degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from Santa Clara University.  She insists, however, that, she developed her conflict management and negotiation skills in the process of rearing her four grown sons.
