- Select the class or classes of your choice by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the Online Registration form. You will then be redirected to the Paypal website for a secured transaction.
(Note: The $20 application fee, plus $20 late fee are listed as "shipping and handling".)
- Print, fill-out and sign the Emergency Contact and Waiver form.
- Mail the completed form to:

QUESTIONS?
Class Credit: Since classes are held for only three weeks, they do not bear credit. However, letter grades will be given for a class if requested.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Refund requests must be received in writing no later than June 16, 2008.
Classes will be held based on enrollment. Cancellation of any class by the school will be made by 6/1/08. We will refund the entire amount in case of cancellation.
