Notre Dame Student Named Academic All American

Notre Dame senior, Prerana Vaddi, was recently honored as an Academic All American by the National Forensics League (NFL), the oldest and largest interscholastic forensic organization in the United States.  The honor of Academic All American, which is earned by less than one percent of seniors, is bestowed on students who have maintained a grade point average of at least 3.7, have earned a 27 or higher on the ACT (or 2000 or higher on the SAT), exhibited qualities of leadership and integrity, and have earned the NFL rank of Superior Distinction.  more

Nominate a Notre Dame Alumna to be Honored as a 2012 Woman of Impact

Each year Notre Dame's Women of Impact program honors two women, a Notre Dame alumna and a community leader.  Honorees represent the mission of Notre Dame both professionally and personally. Criteria used in the consideration of nominees include: leadership, achievement, and social awareness and responsibility. more

The Janksters are Off & Running!

On January 7 Notre Dame's FIRST Robotics Team 1967, the Janksters, kicked off the build season by attending SJSU for the unveiling of the FRC 2012 game, Rebound Rumble.  After picking up their Kit of Parts, the girls returned to school to brainstorm, experiment, research, and create designs that will result in a completed robot by February 20.  more

ND Varsity Basketball Team Wins Big

The Notre Dame varsity basketball team battled through a series of important tournament games in Seaside December 26 through 29. The competition included four separate games over the course of a four-day period.  The Regents strong defensive pressure and excellent offense resulted led to victory in all but one of the games.  more
