Eight Notre Dame students recently traveled to Santa Cruz and Monterey for an oral history immersion trip entitled Fishing World of the Monterey Bay. Notre Dame graduates are spiritual seekers and justice advocates with a desire to create a better world for all individuals. Through an interrelated curriculum they study human rights and genocide across the globe. But their education extends beyond the classroom, beyond books and outside traditional confines, putting a very real face on issues of global injustice. more
