The mission of the Notre Dame San Jose Athletic Booster Club is to increase recognition, build spirit and raise funds in support of our ND teams and athletes.

We invite you to purchase one of the Athletic Booster Club membership packages.  Please note that after you make your purchase you will be redirected to the ND webpage to select your logo wear items and student information. 

Apart from providing direct financial support for the NDSJ athletic program, you will receive the Athletic Booster's white polo shirt to show your support for your daughters and our teams at all games.  Please choose from one of the following membership levels:

Business Level - $500

Business members will receive prominent recognition including signage displayed at sporting events, website and newsletter recognition and a ND Athletic Booster acrylic plaque for your place of business.

Regent Level - $150

Regent members will receive website and newsletter recognition and 2 ND Athletic Booster logo wear items (a men's or women's polo shirt).

Blue Level - $75

Blue members will receive website and newsletter recognition and 1 ND Athletic Booster  polo shirt.

You may purchase your NDSJ Athletic Booster membership online or by completing and returning the membership form with your payment.
