Notre Dame offers junior varsity and varsity teams in 10 sports, including frosh (freshman) levels for basketball and volleyball. We are proud of our off-campus facilities that enrich the lives of our student athletes. We are fortunate to use facilities such as the Olympic-sized pool at San Jose State University, the brand new turf field at Watson Park, and the fields at PAL stadium!

Spring Sport Updates 

There are a few things you NEED to have turned in to the Athletic Director Denise Krogen before conditioning and tryouts:

1. Sports Release forms- located under general information and forms. Please print out and turn in to Ms. Krogen's office in JB hall upstairs and you can deliver them there. If there is no one n the office you can leave them on the desk, under the door, or in the box outside of the door. You do not pay the athletic fee until the teams are finalized.
2. Your physical must be completed and turned into Ms. Krogen. The physical forms are located under general information and forms and you cannot try out unless those are in. 
3. If you are playing a winter sport you must wait until the season is completely over to try out so please let your coach/Ms. Krogen know if you are interested in trying out so she can make arrangements for a separate tryout period for you.
4. If you are a transfer student you must fill out paperwork to participate. Please let Ms. Krogen know if you are and we can get that going for you!
