Notre Dame Summer Camps

Basketball Camp

Basketball Camp takes a comprehensive approach to teach athletes the skills needed to successfully execute the fundamentals of basketball. Athletes will gain insight into what it takes to compete at the high school level. Skills include: shooting, ball handling, ball pressure, on-ball defense, recovery, proper cuts, screen setting and reading defenses. Camp is at Notre Dame in Julie Billiart Hall.

Lacrosse Camp

Come check out the "fastest game on two feet"! The Notre Dame Lacrosse camp offers beginners an introduction to lacrosse fundamentals and is a great way to make friends and have fun learning a fantastic new sport. The camp also offers athletes with lacrosse experience the opportunity to improve on stick skills, offensive and defensive skills, and shooting skills. Girl’s lacrosse is a non-contact sport. Mouth guards are required. Sticks and goggles also mandatory and can be provided for use (prior arrangement necessary). Please bring plenty of water, running shoes, and cleats. We play at PAL Stadium in San Jose on 680 South 34th Street.

Soccer Camp

Soccer Camp will emphasize technical soccer skills as well as discipline, leadership and commitment. Technical skills include: passing, trapping, long balls, chipping, receiving, heading, defense, attacking and shooting. Please bring soccer cleats and shin guards. We play at PAL Stadium in San Jose on 680 South 34th Street.

Strength & Agility Camp

Strength & Agility Camp is designed to teach the student-athlete proper ways to warm up, stretch, and train in an effort to increase speed, agility and quickness. The skills learned in this camp will improve athletic performance in any sport and is highly recommended for all athletes, especially 9th graders trying out for a high school team. This camp is offered by certified strength and conditioning specialist coach John Amarillas, CSCS. Please remember to wear appropriate athletic shoes and attire, bring a towel, and plenty of water. Camp is at Notre Dame in Julie Billiart Hall.
6th to 9th graders (co-ed): 7/15-7/19 1:00pm-3:00pm
Class fee: $200

Volleyball Camp

Volleyball Camp is designed to provide the fundamental skills required to play competitive volleyball. Each day is filled with specific skills developed to culminate in competitive games and contests that will challenge the students to utilize the skills they have learned. Knee pads are required. Camp is at Notre Dame in Julie Billiart Hall.
5th to 8th graders (co-ed): 6/24-6/28 9:00am-12:00pm
