Welcome to Notre Dame Athletics, Home of the Regents!
Notre Dame offers junior varsity and varsity teams in 10 sports, including freshman levels for basketball and volleyball. We are proud of our off-campus facilities that enrich the lives of our student athletes. We are fortunate to use facilities such as the olympic-sized pool at San Jose State University, the brand new synthetic turf field at Watson Park, and the softball and lacrosse fields at PAL stadium!
Announcements & Important Dates
Attention all Notre Dame Students, summer strength and agility workouts will be June 3rd- August 16th in Julie Billiart Hall. We will train on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 4:30-6:00. (Wednesdays at Bellarmine) We will be off the week of July 1st-July 5th.
Please remember to bring a towel, plenty of water and appropriate workout attire. These workouts are open to all athletes and non-athletes with a current physical on file with Ms. Krogen
