Message from the Director of Athletics

Welcome Notre Dame student-athletes. We are making great strides in the continued development of our athletics program and have been fortunate to add some new and highly qualified faces to our coaching staff. I look forward to watching as our coaches flourish in their efforts to provide the best in a high school athletics experience. Notre Dame's coaching staff is committed to the development of an athletics program entwined with the mission of the school, "Teach them what they need to know for life." Our athletic philosophy clearly supports this and is outlined below:

The Notre Dame Athletic program is committed to the development of the "student-athlete first", focusing on life skill development within a team environment, ultimately providing foundation for a winning program. Aligned with the mission of the school, "Teach them what they need to know for life", the athletic program aims to teach each student-athlete leadership, commitment, discipline, accountability, loyalty and teamwork while building a foundation based on personal values and integrity. Each student-athlete participating in the program will experience opportunity to develop the total person as well as a sense of dignity and self worth. In the end, we desire for each of our student-athletes to learn, grow, compete, and have fun!

Notre Dame student-athletes will be led to push their limits of personal development in an effort to teach them what it takes to be a winner both on and off the field. Our goal is for each student-athlete to leave our program having a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in life and a clear understanding of what it means to become a contributing member within our society.

Here's to a GREAT year and, Go Regents!
