Head of School:  Ashley Rae Mathis
The head of school serves as the chief executive officer of the school, directly responsible to the board of directors for the daily operation of the school and providing direction to all faculty and staff in their work of Catholic education, while ensuring the overall quality and success of academic and co-curricular programs, counseling and guidance services, school operations, and the strategic growth and sustainability of the school.

Assistant Head of School: Susana Garcia
The assistant head of school provides direction for the mission-alignment of programs within the student experience and planning for institutional viability and vitality. The assistant head of school oversees enrollment management, distinctive programs, professional development and strategic planning. In the absence of the head of school, the assistant head of school assumes chief administrative duties.

Director of Teaching & Learning: Eran DeSilva
The director of teaching and learning provides the vision for academic programing, ensures high quality instruction grounded in current educational research, oversees student learning and assessment in the classroom and provides coaching and leadership for teaching faculty professional growth.

Director of Campus Operations & Co-Curricular Programs: John Bracco
The director of campus operations and co-curricular programs is responsible for the oversight of campus logistics that support successful programs inside and outside of the classroom by managing safety, security, and facility needs at a leadership level. This position has oversight and responsibility for successful co-curricular programs.

Director of Student Life: Amy Battisti
The director of student life is responsible for the vision, planning, coordination and implementation of a comprehensive student life program that supports the holistic growth of students in key areas of student engagement and student wellness including counseling, college counseling and learning resource support. 

Director of Mission & Ministry: Kathleen Quiazon
The director of mission and ministry ensures the integration, vibrancy and sustainability of the Notre Dame Catholic identity, Hallmarks and mission. The director leads initiatives and programs that provide for the ongoing formation of community members to mission and fosters relationships among Notre Dame, diocesan, interfaith and social justice networks.

Executive Director of Advancement: Amy Pizarro
The executive director of advancement is responsible for providing innovative and strategic leadership for institutional advancement which includes marketing, communications and fundraising with a primary focus on community engagement. The executive director of advancement leads the advancement team in their efforts to engage parents, alums and the broader community to become actively involved as volunteers, advocates and donors.

Chief Financial Officer: Bob Mason
The chief financial officer provides overall direction and execution of all day-to-day and long-range business and operational functions, overseeing annual audits and maintaining systems of internal controls. The chief financial officer holds fiduciary responsibility for the financial health of the organization.
