Mrs. Huang joined Notre Dame High School in 2001 with 4 years of experience as a high school librarian and 2 years of experience with Yahoo! Inc. as a surfer. She has two master's degrees - Master of Library & Information Science (1992), and Master of Education (1994), both from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mrs. Huang is available for individual reference consultation with students and employees. She also provides research trainings to the students in various classes. She is the moderator of Japan Club.
